The remarkable cycle of life and its seasons are resonant in this album. Tracks such as ‘Winter to Spring’ and ‘Dawn to Dusk’ have echoes of these cycles and also their timelessness.
This is mostly upbeat new instrumental music, collected over a few years to play at public events and concerts.
Some songs were also inspired by personal development work, such as “Let me at it”, “Each moment new” and “Holding of causes”, others by the sheer joy of being alive and amongst the natural worlds.
